More about me:
Welcome to my site! I'm an emergency physician who loves building new things, and I created this corner of the internet to share my thoughts and musings on modern medicine, especially where it intersects with prevention and longevity.
I started my career in busy emergency departments, serving urban, underserved areas. From there, I spent the better part of a decade diving into the startup world. Serving as a medical director sparked a serious passion for alternative care delivery. I loved getting into the weeds and building processes that successfully delivered care to patients in clinics, at home, and via telemedicine.
Over the last year, I've become captivated by the preventative health and longevity space. I hope to explore those topics on this blog, while sharing a few personal anecdotes along the way.
Outside of work, I love cooking, hunting down new restaurants, weightlifting, working on my (terrible) golf game, and spending time with friends and family.
I've also made it a point to expand my horizons outside of healthcare by investing in and consulting with a few different businesses. The most fun, out-of-left-field leap I've taken has been teaming up with a great group of friends to open a restaurant in New York City called Canto NYC.

Professional History
The Maximum Life
2026 to Present
The Maximum Life is entirely dedicated to longevity and proactive healthcare. Going far beyond the standard annual physical, they combine advanced diagnostics with deep lifestyle assessments to establish a true baseline of a patient's health. This comprehensive data is used to help individuals design personalized, long-term healthspan plans, turning complex medical information into practical daily habits.
Perry Health
2021 to 2026
At Perry Health, I had the opportunity to dive deep into the management of metabolic health issues like diabetes and cardiovascular disease. We utilized a data first approach with medical device integrations to monitor patients proactively. Developing these personalized care plans was incredibly rewarding because it allowed us to intervene early and prevent health deterioration rather than just reacting to it. *Acquired by Mindspan Health in 2025*
Sollis Health
2020 to 2023
At Sollis Health, a 24/7 concierge emergency service, I served as Medical Director and helped redefine the acute care experience. Bridging the gap between traditional emergency medicine and highly personalized private care, I worked closely with patients to deliver immediate and tailored treatment. This model of care highlighted the incredible value of a patient focused approach.
St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center
2019 to 2021
My time as an Emergency Medicine physician at St. Joseph's placed me in one of the busiest emergency departments in the country. Managing the relentless pace at this high-volume trauma center sharpened my clinical skills and reinforced my belief that waiting for a crisis is the wrong way to deliver healthcare. It was here that I truly saw the need for proactive and preventative medicine.
Einstein Healthcare Network
2015 to 2019
Einstein is a fast-paced Level I trauma center. I had the privilege of treating an underserved community and navigating complex, life-threatening cases on a daily basis. My time here built my foundation in acute care and gave me firsthand insight into the devastating effects of unmanaged chronic health conditions.
